Training

Delivery of the PRoGIS software, in addition to the installation of the program module into the customer's computers, includes user training. It is usually carried out on the customer's premises. Most of the training is done on our computers utilizing examples that were prepared in advance and which systematically cover all aspects of the training. The final phase of the training is done using the customer's computers with the installed software and his actual data, that is, it is done in the environment in which the user will actually work.

Training courses are organized in small groups, and typically last between 8 and 16 hours per software module.

The scope of the training ensures that users will be able to work independently, and if necessary, the training can be extended at no extra cost until the goal is reached.

Even after training is completed, as part of the warranty period, as well as under Maintenance Contract, the user can at all times count on our technical support and assistance when using the software.
