Maintenance and technical support

Maintenance and technical support in the warranty period are included in the price of the software. After the expiration of the warranty period, the user is provided with the possibility of signing a contract for further maintenance:

  • The MAINTENANCE CONTRACT WITH NEW VERSIONS OF SOFTWARE which provides an adequate amount of maintenance of the information system and ensures that the user receives all-new versions of installed software at no extra cost

In case the user decides to use SaaS (software as a service), then the SaaS price includes new versions, maintenance, technical support, and helpdesk.
